Cancellation Policy
All services at Wellness 360 require a card on file to hold the appointment.
Card on file will not be charged at time of booking.
Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time will incur a 50% charge. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day of your appointment, or with a no call no show, will incur a 100% charge. If we are able to fill the appointment spot, no charge will be required for cancellations or reschedules.

How early to arrive
We recommend all new clients are 10-15 minutes prior to appointment start time to ensure necessary paperwork is done + allow our staff time to provide any new client info we may need to! Existing clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early! Please note, late arrival may result in a shortened service, fee, or inability to complete the service.
Product Policy
Our reception hours are Monday-Thursday 9-6 & Friday 9-5! Clients are always welcome to pop in without an appointment, during reception hours, to purchase product or gift cards! At Wellness 360, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and unused.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days or if the item has been used or opened.
Clients trying new products are doing so at their own discretion. Unfortunately, deciding that a product is not suitable for you does not qualify for a refund or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
